We start the dialogue and discuss the 2024 budget project according to the civilian perspective

The 2024 Municipal Budget is an initiative that serves as a technical opposition approach on our part and a reflection of the citizen voice based on our Social Audit methodology for local government, which ALTAX experts presented at the beginning of 2022.

Summary from this report, as well as the reactions of the citizens asked by ALTAX on the topics discussed during the past year and the current ones will be reflected in a free communication
and interlocutor with you and representatives of civil society and business.

Based on the need for dialogue, we welcome members of civil society, organizations focused on local government, journalists and business associations and labor organizations, local politicians, and local administration to listen and watch, as well as to address us directly starting on the 15th – NOVEMBER 24, 2023, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

We will first be in Peshkopi on November 15, in Gjirokastër on November 17, in Vlora on November 20, in Berat on November 22 and in Elbasan on November 24 to discuss and be heard, as well as to thank the contributors and the public for the cooperation that we have created.
