ALTAX Center evaluating what we have achieved in cooperation with the Municipality staff so far

in an activity which is titled the Open Day for the Presentation of “Good Practices” to set an example for other municipalities.

The practices that will be conveyed are

– ELBASAN, REDUCING ADMINISTRATIVE EXPENDITURE INCREASE THE SOCIAL BUDGET OF THE MUNICIPALITY and
– ELBASAN, THE FRIENDLIEST MUNICIPALITY WITH THE ROMA

which will be reported in a presentation activity together with the Municipality and the Municipal Council, as well as representatives of civil society on November 8, 2022.

In addition to this development, we have also analyzed the process started by you of the public hearings for the project – the 2023 budget together with the Medium-Term Budget program 2023 – 2025. In this analysis, ALTAX will present several perspectives on the revenues, expenses and the comparison of the draft – budget 2023 under the perspective of citizen requests, also clarifying the data that will be presented in a simplified report of the financial indicators of the 2023 draft budget.
