Standardized measurement means that the same indicators, with the same formula, on the same data base, are compared over time and across units. Only this approach allows us to say with confidence: performance has changed, and this is why.<\/p>\n<p>International institutions such as the IMF, the World Bank and the OECD apply such standards in their reports, but they cannot replace an internal, continuous and publicly accessible analytical capacity. ALTAX builds this capacity.<br \/>\nALTAX does not produce opinions, but produces measurement instruments.
