On the other side,\u00a0the policy should aim at the equally-proportioned\u00a0burden-sharing effect that the taxpayer has to bear in\u00a0terms of ability to pay. This is the seventh edition published by ALTAX.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">This analysis, by administrative areas, serves to see\u00a0who from the groups or geographical areas is more\u00a0loaded, and on the other side, a more detailed analysis\u00a0orients the policy to see which industry or area\u00a0should have a different burden than what results in\u00a0realty.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">The structure of this publication\u00a0consists of five parts. The\u00a0<em>first part<\/em>\u00a0is the presentation of statistical and macro data on the Western Balkans in last 5 years. The\u00a0<em>second part\u00a0<\/em>is about tax burden in Albania in 2018 and distribution of expenditures according to tax burden. Also, the low and high tax burden based in region rankings. The\u00a0<em>third part\u00a0<\/em>is about tax burden in Kosovo in 2018 and distribution of expenditures according tax burden<em>.<\/em>\u00a0Also, the low and high tax burden based in region rankings.\u00a0<em>Fourth part<\/em>\u00a0is about tax burden in Western Balkans in 2018 and distribution of expenditures according tax burden<em>.<\/em>\u00a0Also, the low and high tax burden based in countries rankings.
