It is published <em><b>monthly<\/b><\/em>\u00a0and\u00a0is\u00a0obtained from the ALTAX Center. Bulletin contents are compiled every\u00a0year\u00a0into cumulative collections, which are\u00a0emailed\u00a0based on the specific requests and subscriptions.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt; text-align: justify;\">It is the policy of the\u00a0ALTAX to publish in the <strong><em>Fiskalisti<\/em>\u00a0<em>Newsletter<\/em><\/strong> all substantive rulings necessary to promote a uniform application of the tax laws, including all rulings that supersede, revoke, modify, or amend any of those previously published in the <strong><em>Fiskalisti<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt; text-align: justify;\">The <strong><em>Fiskalisti<\/em>\u00a0<em>Newsletter<\/em><\/strong> is divided into four parts as follows:<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt; text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt; text-align: justify;\"><strong>Part I.\u2014 News from Albania.\u00a0<\/strong>This section includes rules, clarifications, discussion topics, bookkeeping and online education, as well as decisions based on the implementation of tax legislation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt; text-align: justify;\"><strong>Part II.\u2014 News from Kosovo.\u00a0<\/strong>This section deals with news coming from tax and customs administration, as well as decisions and orders from Kosovo legislation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt; text-align: justify;\"><strong>Part III.\u2014\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Items of\u00a0specific\u00a0Interest from Administrative Court.\u00a0<\/strong>This part includes notices from Administrative Court Decisions, statistical tax data, and announcements. The last\u00a0<em><strong>Fiskalisti<\/strong><\/em> for each month includes a cumulative index for the matters published during the month.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Part IV.\u2014<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Most read blogs.<\/strong>This section includes procedural clarifications, interpretations of various cases as well as fresh topics from the Albanian and regional economic and fiscal environment.
