{"id":26090,"date":"2026-04-26T20:10:00","date_gmt":"2026-04-26T18:10:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/altax.al\/?p=26090"},"modified":"2026-05-11T20:14:15","modified_gmt":"2026-05-11T18:14:15","slug":"altax-publishes-2025-annual-report-and-new-strategy-2026-2030","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/altax.al\/en\/altax-publishes-2025-annual-report-and-new-strategy-2026-2030\/","title":{"rendered":"ALTAX publishes 2025 Annual Report and New Strategy 2026\u20132030"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>ALTAX Center for Fiscal and Economic Research has published today the Annual Report 2025, a comprehensive document that presents the organization\u2019s main achievements during the past year and the strategic direction for the period 2026\u20132030.<br>The report comes at a time when ALTAX has consolidated itself as the most referential independent actor in the field of fiscal analysis, budget transparency and public policy monitoring in Albania.<br><strong>Main achievements of 2025<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Publication of 128 full studies and 342 thematic analyses;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Launch of the real-time budget monitoring platform;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Updating the algorithm of the <strong>Feasibility Index of Electoral Promises<\/strong>;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Important study on economic challenges and the <strong>path towards European integratio<\/strong>n (November 2025);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Over <strong>180 media appearances<\/strong> and the organization of 48 public forums and workshops;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Expanding regional and international cooperation, especially within the<strong> framework of UNCAC<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The report also highlights a significant increase in public and institutional credibility of ALTAX, as well as a successful financing model with <strong>85% internal resources<\/strong>, thus maintaining institutional independence.<br><strong>New Strategy 2026\u20132030<\/strong><br>In addition to the 2025 balance sheet, the report presents the vision and strategic objectives for the next five years. ALTAX aims to become the l<strong>eading independent platform of fiscal and economic knowledge<\/strong> in the Western Balkans, focusing its work on:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Full budgetary transparency and accountability;<br>The fight against corruption and the digitalization of public processes;<br>Strengthening citizen participation in budgeting;<br>Supporting European integration through independent analysis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>Executive Director of ALTAX<\/strong> stated:<br><em>\u201cThe year 2025 marked our transition from a phase of consolidation to one of systemic impact.
