They affect <strong>access to education, healthcare, and infrastructure<\/strong>, shaping individuals\u2019 ability to escape the <strong>cycle of structural poverty<\/strong>. <br>Public policies, therefore, <strong>cannot be uniform<\/strong>; they must <strong>be differentiated by region<\/strong>, linking social support to concrete <strong>employment programs, vocational training, and local development initiatives<\/strong>. This approach fosters <strong>balanced economic development and territorial social cohesion<\/strong>, shifting the focus from passive aid to real opportunities for self-improvement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Inflation as a translator of insecurity<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Rising basic prices<\/strong>, particularly for <strong>food and energy<\/strong>, immediately <strong>shake household budgets<\/strong>. Even a <strong>modest 10% increase<\/strong> in these categories reduces families\u2019 ability to cover monthly needs by <strong>about 4.9%<\/strong>, shrinking space for savings or essential expenditures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the case of <strong>stronger inflation<\/strong>, coverage may fall below <strong>60%<\/strong>, making <strong>survival for many families a short-term challenge<\/strong>, measured in <strong>weeks rather than years<\/strong>. Public policy must <strong>shift from nominal growth logic to real affordability logic<\/strong>, evaluating <strong>how much a citizen can actually buy with their wage or pension<\/strong>. Only through an approach that <strong>links economic development with social justice<\/strong> can Albania avoid worsening inequalities and ensure a <strong>sustainable standard of living<\/strong>. <br>The challenge is no longer <strong>how much the economy grows<\/strong>, but <strong>how much that growth is felt in the daily lives of citizens<\/strong>. <br>The Albanian economy may grow, but the <strong>average citizen still does not feel this increase in their pocket<\/strong>.
