tatimeve, si barr\u00eb m\u00eb e madhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb varfrit sesa p\u00ebr t\u00eb pasurit<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Tatimi i shesht\u00eb mbi t\u00eb m\u00ebdha dhe t\u00eb strukturuara <strong>nuk paguajn\u00eb taksat reale<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sektori informal, sidomos n\u00eb nd\u00ebrtim, tregti dhe sh\u00ebrbime<\/strong>, vazhdon t\u00eb jet\u00eb dominues dhe i pakontrolluar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Si pasoj\u00eb, <strong>bizneset e vogla t\u00eb ndershme dhe individ\u00ebt me t\u00eb ardhura t\u00eb rregullta paguajn\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb sesa pjesa e tyre reale<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\udccc Ky realitet e b\u00ebn <strong>sistemin tatimor jo vet\u00ebm regresiv, por edhe <strong>munges\u00ebn e progresivitetit n\u00eb tatime<\/strong>, <strong>dob\u00ebsin\u00eb e mekanizmave redistributiv\u00eb<\/strong>, dhe <strong>lejimin e nj\u00eb kulture t\u00eb
