Kosovo, North Macedonia, Serbia, and especially Montenegro allocate larger budgets to the healthcare sector, with <strong>Montenegro<\/strong> registering the <strong>highest per capita spending<\/strong> in the region at <strong>\u20ac833<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For 2025, Albania has planned a <strong>5% increase<\/strong> in its healthcare budget, reaching <strong>\u20ac1 billion<\/strong>, which represents <strong>9.1% of the total state budget<\/strong>.
