The Mayor, Mr. Dritan Leli, although with many other commitments at the time of our visit, found the time to show the desire for cooperation and for as many moments of coordination of approaches with civil society.<\/p>\n<p>Our visit to the Municipality was aimed at establishing contacts to receive information and data in order to better report as an important part of the coordination with the Municipalities that have been selected by the Project &#8220;Public monitoring through civic interaction&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>The experts engaged in drafting the Report have started analyzing the implemented processes based on the General Local Development Plan, Medium Term Budget Program 2019-2021, 2020-2022, 2021-2023, 2022-2024, as well as other national and local documents, which include sectoral strategies and policies and local program developments.<\/p>\n<p>ALTAX Center in the framework of the project &#8220;Public monitoring through civic interaction&#8221; supported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands under Dutch development \/ foreign policy, has started from December 2021 analyzing the performance of municipalities by including in a draft report, which we will finalize and dialogue in open forums in 5 municipalities: Berat, Dib\u00ebr, Elbasan, Gjirokast\u00ebr and Vlora.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The second meeting following the introductory visits was in the Municipality of Vlora.
