With these Terms and Conditions, we define the rules, by which we, offer every service listed on our website www.altax.al.<\/p>\n

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before ordering \/ providing any Service through ALTAX.AL.<\/p>\n

Service Requester, seeking advice from specialists through ALTAX, must understand that by ordering a Service, He \/ She agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n

Once we have sent you a confirmation of the provision of the written service for the acceptance of your request, these Terms and Conditions will constitute the full Agreement between you, ALTAX and the service provider through ALTAX.AL for the provision of the relevant Services requested.<\/p>\n

Legal definitions and references<\/p>\n

The applicant is the client, who registers in ALTAX.AL to receive from the platform all services according to the terms and conditions as follows.
\nThe agreement is interpreted in accordance with Law no. 10 128, dated 11.5.2009 “On Electronic Commerce” (amended)<\/p>\n

Criteria for the Service Requester (Client)<\/p>\n

During the registration process the Client must fill in correctly the data required by the download format. The client must provide complete, accurate and up-to-date information. Before closing the registration phase, the client accepts all the terms of the electronic contract which clearly define the legal basis, terms, responsibilities of the parties, rights and obligations, confidential information policies, fraud treatment, etc.<\/p>\n

The client is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his password.<\/p>\n

The client does not pay any fees or commissions for registration and account maintenance. In cases when ALTAX.AL is not convinced of the authenticity of the client’s identity data, and when the latter does not respond to requests for additional data related to his identity, then the platform does not allow the performance of actions. These restrictions are removed as soon as the data is verified.<\/p>\n

The copyright and the right of information and applications found in ALTAX.AL are the rights of the ALTAX Center. All rights reserved and all material found on this site or provided through this site may not be copied, alienated without citing the source, or the authorization of the ALTAX Center.<\/p>\n

Once, you have made a request, you will receive an email from us, through which we acknowledge that we have received your request.<\/p>\n

Request for service<\/p>\n

Please note that this does not mean that your request has been accepted, as for us it constitutes an offer to purchase the relevant Service. All requests are subject to the fact that they must be accepted by us, and we will confirm such acceptance by sending you an email. The agreement between you and us will be formed only when we send you the Confirmation of service through the specialist \/ advisor of your choice.<\/p>\n

Service Availability<\/p>\n

All requests for consulting service or online products through ALTAX.AL are subject to availability in the amount and time agreed. In any case if the availability exceeds the response time more than 48 hours, then a price discount of 5% is required and if delayed more than 5 working days then the applicant is given a discount of 10% of the price offered.
\nService agreement<\/p>\n

The agreement is called related only to the provision of the service, which we confirm by sending an email with the ready response for your case. The level of response given and your satisfaction with the quality of service will be recorded by you by making your assessment directly to the specialist.<\/p>\n

In case you buy Services from specialists \/ consultants, through our site, the responsibility is their individual and ALTAX.AL is not responsible for cases when there is no match between the request for service and the answer \/ advice given by experts.<\/p>\n

We can offer other information and services on our web, which depending on the price you see you can benefit by becoming a member of ALTAX. We cannot assume that the products or services you buy through ALTAX.AL, or from the services, for which we have provided a link to our site, will be of satisfactory quality, will be suitable for the purpose or in conformity with their description or specifications, shall be performed with reasonable skill and care,<\/p>\n

THE RIGHT OF THE SERVICE REQUESTER<\/p>\n

If a service is requested, it can be canceled (i) at any time, within 48 hours, from the hour after which the Applicant made the request and received confirmation from ALTAX.AL by email to receive the request (if the Service is not supplied during the cancellation period). In case of cancellation on your part and if the payment has already been made by you, then you will receive a full refund of the price you paid for the unearned Service.<\/p>\n

To cancel an Agreement with ALTAX.AL, you must inform us in writing.<\/p>\n

PRICE AND PAYMENT<\/p>\n

The price of the service is based on the value set by each Online Fiscal Adviser referring to the hours needed that they estimate it takes to perform the service.
\nALTAX.AL after accepting to be given the service notifies the service requester on the final price. The reference price per hour of service will be as quoted on the page, excluding cases of any apparent error and (unless otherwise stated) the price also includes value added tax.<\/p>\n

Prices may change from time to time, but changes to them will not affect orders for which a confirmation email has been sent.<\/p>\n

Payment by the Client for ordered Services \/ Products must be made only through the bank account. The ALTAX account number will be known to you upon receipt of your request.<\/p>\n

Disclaimer
\nWe will not feel obligated or responsible for any delay in completing the service, which is subject to provision by advisors \/ specialists.<\/p>\n

OUR RIGHTS
\nWe have the right to review and amend these Terms and Conditions, to reflect changes in market conditions affecting our business, changes in technology, changes in payment methods, changes in relevant laws, statutes and regulatory requirements and \/ or any reason the other, which, we, consider to be relevant or necessary.<\/p>\n

Jurisdiction and law enforcement<\/p>\n

The agreement for the purchase of any of the Services through our site will be governed by Albanian law.<\/p>\n
